Mushroom gathering can be great fun!

What could be better than a nice stroll through the park or woods on a beautiful Summer morning just as the sun is comming up. The air is still cool and damp, while the dew settles upon everything it touches. Birds are chirping, the sun is shining and its just you and the wild.

Wild mushroom gathering is great for all ages!

I consider this to be a very relaxing and healthy way of having a hobbie because there is a lot of walking involved, but you you can go at your own pace. It's litterally "a walk in the park"!

Most of all you can come home and enjoy!

Of course you must first clean your mushrooms, which is probably the most tedious part of edible wild mushroom gathering; and here I will show you some ways to make cleaning your mushrooms easy.

There are many fantastic ways to prepare and cook your edible wild mushrooms. Mushrooms are great with Pasta, salads, steak, chicken and even fish or seafood!
